Hi! I'm Jackie, a licensed therapist within the areas of life transitions, anxiety and OCD. I'm here to support you on your journey toward ease and confidence. Through individual therapy sessions, I'll help you explore your discomfort, build skill and resilience, and start making choices that bring you closer to the life you desire.
HOW WE’LL GET YOU “UNSTUCK”
Working together, we'll choose the right combination of approaches for you. If you're experiencing OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), I specifically use ERP (Exposure Response Prevention), the gold standard of care. I also incorporate ACT and Self-Compassion in my work with OCD. We'll take a solution-focused approach to help you address unhealthy behaviors and set new goals for yourself. We might incorporate EMDR therapy to help you process traumatic experiences, or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you develop healthy communication skills. You may also choose art interventions and role-playing to increase your insight and bring more spontaneity and flexibility to your life.
