My name is Taylor & I am overjoyed to be meeting you.
I've spent most of my life obsessed with understanding the "why" behind the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors of people & knew from a young age that I would be destined to serve people in a way I couldn't put into words then.
When I was in college getting my degree in Psychology, we were often taught about all of the things that could go wrong in the brain, & then how to manage those symptoms.
I, myself, am a sufferer of chronic migraines that left me incapacitated most days. I became depressed, on & off all kinds of medications to manage my symptoms, & feeling stuck and powerless. It was during this time that I realized there had to be more I could do for myself other than remain the victim of my circumstances.
My curiosity lead me to health coaching, pursuing a nutrition certification, & uncovering a world full of things that could go right for us so long as we are willing to simply prioritize & take care of ourselves mind, body & soul. Then everything changed.
Now, I spend my time feeling empowered, living life to its fullest, & full of peace & confidence in knowing that if I could change the trajectory of my life, start showing up as my best self, and fall in love with creating a life I desire, I could help others do the same. I am a firm believer in helping people understand themselves better so they can decide what's right for them.
